How to Find Short-Term Rentals Fast
1. Prepare a requirements checklist to give to your accommodations specialist.
2. Include any extra details such as specific location within the city, pet-friendly needs, floor level preferences, ADA accessibility, premium views or amenities, and cleaning services.
3. After reviewing all of your requests, we will provide you with three apartment communities to choose from.
4. Once your reservation is approved, our accommodations specialists will have you in your new apartment home within 48 to 72 hours.
Moving into Your Short-Term Rental
The check-in time for your short-term rental is at 4 PM, unless you make other approved arrangements with your accommodations specialist. Your unit will range in size from 624 square feet to 3,000 square feet, depending on your requirements. When you move in, your rental will be complete with a double refrigerator, an oven and microwave, a full-size washer and dryer, a 27-inch or larger television, a DVD player, cable, and a telephone. The apartment will be furnished with a beautiful king- or queen-sized bed and any other requested furniture, and you’ll be welcomed with a houseware package fit with all the essentials.
We think of all the meticulous moving details for you, so you can show up with only a suitcase and start getting settled right away. We recommended stopping at the local grocery store for food, but your apartment will have all necessary cookware for you to begin making meals upon arrival.
Moving out of Your Short-Term Rental
The checkout time for your rental is at noon on the day your lease ends. Before you move out, we ask that you please dispose of all trash and unused groceries. Your lease agreement will detail the option for a final cleaning service for a small fee. This service will include general tidying, washing linens, and cleaning all appliances.
