Updating your request from Premier Full Service (with full support) to Essential Housing (with limited support) is likely to reduce the budget ranges from our site by $30/$40/$50 per day based on 1/2/3 bedroom floorplans, respectively (saving approximately $900/$1,200/$1,500 per month).
For instance, some 1 bedroom floorplans can be as affordable as $2,200/month for our Essential Housing package.
Items listed in chart below as SELF are not included in your ESSENTIAL daily rate, but can still be billed separately and/or coordinated as needed/required.
For instance, amounts that could be billed to you separately that you may need to determine on your own/self coordinate--
- One time security deposit (typically $99-500 based on Credit Department review of application)
- One time furniture delivery/setup/pick up fee (typically $180-350)
- One time property app/admin fees (typically $50-350)
- One time property cleaning fee at move out (typically $100-250)
- One time processing fee at move in (typically $50-250)
- Monthly property fees for trash/pest/amenity (typically $15-55 per month)
